1. Using Money Stack

These terms apply to the Money Stack app and its website, provided by the Money Stack developer (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website.

You may use Money Stack for lawful personal, educational, and illustrative purposes. If you are not legally able to agree to these terms yourself, a parent or guardian should review them and supervise your use. Any applicable app-store terms also apply to your download and use.

2. A visual experience, not a financial service

Money Stack turns amounts into illustrated notes and coins. The app is not a bank, wallet, payment service, accounting system, investment product, or financial adviser. It does not verify your actual funds or automatically track your finances.

Changing currency does not perform a live exchange-rate conversion. Denominations, illustrations, amount limits, and stack layouts are designed for the app experience. They should not be relied on for payments, accounting, currency authentication, or financial decisions. Check important amounts independently.

3. Your saved stacks

Stack drafts, saved Vault entries, and preferences are stored on your device. Money Stack does not currently provide an account, developer-operated cloud sync, or a remote recovery service for your stacks.

Deleting a stack, clearing app data, removing the app, or losing your device may remove your creations. Operating-system backups may behave differently depending on your settings. Keep a separate record of anything important, and do not use the app as your only financial record.

4. Use it responsibly

Please do not use the app, its artwork, or this website to mislead people about money you hold, produce counterfeit currency, commit fraud, or break the law. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or send abusive, unlawful, or malicious material through contact channels.

Nothing in these terms restricts activity that applicable law expressly permits, including rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Artwork and ownership

The app’s code, original illustrations, branding, and website content belong to their respective rights holders. Using Money Stack does not transfer ownership of those materials to you. Third-party fonts, audio, and other licensed materials remain subject to their own licenses.

You retain any rights you have in the original names and other content you enter. Currency names, flags, and illustrative designs identify the experience; they do not imply endorsement by a government, central bank, or financial institution.

6. Availability and changes

We may improve or change the app and website, including available currencies, table styles, features, and compatibility. Features labelled “Coming Soon” are planned, not a commitment to a specific release date.

We aim to provide a reliable experience, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or recovery of locally stored data. Links to app stores, support services, or other websites are governed by those providers’ own terms.

If we update these terms, we will publish the revised version here with a new date. Where legally required, we will provide additional notice or seek agreement before changes take effect.

7. Your rights remain yours

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app and website are provided on an “as available” basis, without a promise that they will meet every individual need. Nothing here excludes or limits rights, warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer protections.

You can stop using the app and website at any time. Removing the app may delete local data, as explained above.
